Rhodia Deployment PlanningPg 2 Proposed approach to Mentoring & Coaching Scheduling SSA MC will established a mentoring schedule at the beginning of a BB training Wave Each BB has a pre-scheduled day and time (1½ hours/week) -Typical mentoring session: 15 minutes – review progress 1 hour – current issues, recommendations, path forward 15 minutes – MBB completes dears form -BBs to call SSA MC at scheduled time Mentoring sessions will be recorded, tracked, reported in a Mentoring Log Excel Template (see example) -SSA MC keeps records of actual mentoring as performed -Initially will share Mentoring Log with Jacques & Justo – refine as needed - will determine process to post in e-room -Mentoring log is used to monitor & manage mentoring needs, adjustments will be made accordingly -Information recorded in mentoring log will be used as basis for SSA invoicing Structured schedule most effective -Ensures appropriate amount of mentoring time for each BB -Standard schedule minimizes scheduling conflicts -BBs should identify & record interim issues for next mentoring session Wave description Mentoring Dates Mentoring Dates Hours mentored by project Individual mentoring sessions recorded BB Names Mentoring Log Mentoring Report
