2.  Because AMPI is the Mexican Association of Realtors which since 1956 has grouped all individuals engaged in housing activity, such as: managers, traders, brokers, appraisers, developers, financial advisors, consultants under a series of Statutes and a Code of Ethics. 2

3. It is constituted in Mexico by sections, and these in turn are made up of associates and affiliates representing the real estate professionals dedicated to this activity. Each section is autonomous and has its own board of directors. There is also a national board of directors of AMPI, formed by 64 associates from across the country. HOW IS AMPI FORMED? 3

4. More than 3,000 mexican realtors  AMPI is a guarantee of professionalism, ample moral solvency and capacity of its associates, committed to the strict rules of the Code of Ethics. AMPI organizes regular meetings with top level speakers from both the public and private sector, to upgrade its members in the relentless pursuit of raising the real estate industry to the highest standards. It also promotes the relations among its members. 4

5.  MISSION It is a civil association that brings together fiscal persons who provide real estate services in Mexico under Statutes and Codes of Ethics for the integral training of its associates, the significance of real estate practices and defense of the right to private property.  VISION Be the representative body of the real estate sector, creating a new culture based on professional improvement through the certification of each one of its members, thereby achieving the national and international projection of its associates. 5

8.  The training center of the association that studies and analyzes the demands of the knowledge required for the professional development of the AMPI associate. It aims to raise the industry standard and is formed in three main areas: training, research and statistics in the housing market in Mexico. 8

9.  CCIE integrates courses in the sales, legal, fiscal, marketing, administration, valuation, humanistic, motivational areas. It offers international courses to encourage real estate professionals to be more competitive. 9

10.  Federal certifications are intended to consolidate the use of the model of labor competencies. AMPI offers three rules: 1. Real Estate marketing 2. Advice on mortgages 3.
