3
Website Updates (since last meeting – cont.) Added a notice on all archived meeting agenda pages Posted a revised ProCost Template (v3.6) – A bug was developed in the ProCost code when converting from Excel 2003 to 2007/2010. Named Ranges “COC1, COC2, etc.” are automatically changed by Excel to “_COC1, _COC2, etc.” This also needed to be changed in the ProCost VBA code, or the “cost of capital” would be linked to cell COC1 (0%) rather than the appropriate sponsor financing cost. This error resulted in an artificially low PV capital cost and a high B/C ratio The following affected Measure Workbooks were repaired: – GroceryHVACvfd_v1_1.xlsm – ResGSHP_v2_2.xlsm – ResMTHouse2_v1_1.xlsm None of the affected Measure Workbooks had BC ratio’s change from >1 to <1.
