13. Committees’ Decisions Summary Steering Committee – 9/20/12 The SC approved the Geospatial Platform multi-agency investment contributions through FY 2016. The SC also approved the Geospatial Platform governance structure, as laid out in the Business Plan. Coordination Group none Executive Committee Meeting – 12/20/12 Meeting ExCom members are providing their comments to the Secretariat on the FGDC and Commerce responses to the GAO recommendations. An ExCom member will lead or co-lead the 3 FGDC actions in response to the GAO recommendations. ExCom is also reviewing and commenting on the NSDI Strategic Plan planning document. 22. Federal Metadata Coordinators ISO Implementation Workshop Workshop will be held April 16-17, 2013 at USGS in Reston, VA. The purpose of the workshop is to help Federal agency metadata coordinators (including data managers, theme leads, among others) get up-to-date on ISO standards, and provide them with a framework for implementing ISO standards in their organizations.
