What is climate change? Climate change is the effect of heat-trapping greenhouse gases that are released by humans burning fossil fuels (like coal and oil).

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: Green Climate Fund The Green Climate Fund (GCF) was established by the United Nations to provide funds to the poorest and most vulnerable peoples around the world. The Fund will support both adaptation to climate change and mitigation of climate change.
