3 GUIDELINES 3 CATEGORY NO. 11 GUIDELINES SUBMISSION A. DEADLINE - 16 May 2011 - 15 PAGE – SUBMISSION (advanced copy) must be received by ACE 10 days before the final judging. B. REQUIREMENT - Endorsement letter from the RE-SSN Focal Point - Authorization letter from the owner to visit the project - 10 original copies in a sealed envelope to be brought by the Focal Points or may be mailed to the Focal Point of a hosting country. C. MAXIMUM SUBMISSION/COUNTRY: 2 Projects/Category

12 GUIDELINES JUDGING/SCORING/ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS: 1. One country one vote system. 2. Each project will be reviewed simultaneously by the judges for a period of 30 minutes. Score sheet may be filled up temporarily within the given period. 3. A Judge must not be allowed to evaluate NRSE project entry/ies that originate from the country that she/he represents. 4. At the end of the judging session, the judges will be given 30 minutes to review and compare the points given to each of the project entry. Final score sheet for each candidate will be placed in an envelope with proper identification of the judges (name and signature).

13 GUIDELINES JUDGING/SCORING/ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS: 6. No questions will be entertained during and after the judging process. Submissions must be judged on the merit of the presentation. 7. Individual tally sheets will be tabulated by ACE and two witnesses, nominated by the Board. 8.Final Tally Sheets will be handed over to the ACE Coordinator, immediately after the individual score sheets have been tallied bearing the authentic signatures of the ACE representative and 2 witnesses. 9.The Chairman of the Board shall report the proceedings of the judging including the official announcement of winners at the Annual Meeting of the NRSE-SSN.
