Upload the design to the website for automated judging. Receive instant feedback about contest standing. Current top 80 teams automatically posted to the web Scoreboard.

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules Automated Judging and Feedback Contestant uploads a “bridge design file” created with WPBD. The contest website: Validates the load test and cost. Checks for and rejects duplicate entries. Determines the current standing. Saves the design in the contest database. Provides immediate feedback. Posts top designs to the web Scoreboard. Contestants may submit as many designs as they wish.

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules Eligibility Anyone in MS or HS can enter, submit designs, and receive feedback. Eligibility for National prizes: Students age 13 through grade 12... Who are attending U.S. schools... Or are U.S. citizens attending schools overseas.

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules LOCAL COMPETITION Local competition is for Middle and High Schools Prizes and awards will go to student teams and/or individual students along with winning student/team schools

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules LOCAL COMPETITION Eight local semi-final winners: 4 teams middle school division 4 teams high school division One finalist in each division will be eligible to participate in the state competition.

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules LOCAL COMPETITION Prizes for each semi-finalist will be 4- $100.00 middle school division Prizes for each semi-finalist will be 4 - $150.00 High School division

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules LOCAL COMPETITION The eight semi-finalist will compete on May 11th at a location TBD The finalist winners: $150 for middle school division $250 for the high school division $125.00 to the winning students science teachers and trophies to his/her school.

BackgroundGoalsHow It WorksFundingLast YearThe Future Rules LOCAL COMPETITION – Other Info On the final page of the web registration system (the same page on which teams are asked to provide their email address and password), contestants will see a test box labeled, “If you are participating in a local contest organized by your school, a local engineering association, or other organization, enter your Local Contest Code here.” Contestants should enter the Local Contest Code in this text box (ASGB).
