Goal of supervising safety
Develop the analytic process that supports safety decision making in supervisors Provide supports to foster the development of that process in workers

Supervising Safety Math Multiple Modules 3 Full day seminars + 9 Weeks of distance (4 hours/week) 12 Weeks of training responsibility 6 participants/trainer X 2 trainers = 12/seminar Follow up training for staff
