We want to approximate Czech cuisine to our Swedish friends

Influence by other countries Czech cuisine has been influenced by many other cuisines In Czech cuisine is influence by German (especially Bavarian), Austrian and by other Slavic cuisines

Typical czech meals Fried cheese (Smažený sýr) – usually Edam

Potato pancake (Bramborák or Cmunda) Made of potatoes, flour, eggs, garlic and marjoram

Czechs don´t eat lot of sea fish They eat freshwater fish (especially carp on Christmas)

Soup Czechs like soup before main course Typical Czech soups are bramboračka, kulajda, and kyselo
