2. ERASMUS+ All Erasmus mobilities unfold on the basis of:  a study agreement - Learning Agreement (subjects attended by the student at the host University )  a Training Agreement – practical activities carried out by the students in the hospitals or universities

3. ERASMUS+ Academically speaking, the Learning Agreement and the Training Agreement have the value of a contract. The Learning Agreement or the Training Agreement) is signed by:  the student  the Departmental Coordinator of the Faculty  The Erasmus Institutional Coordinator of the University

4. ERASMUS+ Necesarry papers for application (before mobility):  Transcript of Records issued by the Faculties  C.V. Europass  Motivation letter  Copy of the ID card or passport  Application form (on the university’s website)  Copies of diplomas, articles published, courses attended, volunteer programs, language certificates

5. ERASMUS+ Necessary documents after coming back from the mobility:  The signed and stamped Learning Agreement or Training Agreement and changes made to the documents after arriving at the host University  The Transcript of Records issued by the host institution  The certificate of attendance with the exact dates of the beginning and ending of the mobility  Documents for the transport  Statement on the co-funding source  Final report- the EU online survey automatically issued

6. ERASMUS+ Academic recognition: The Erasmus study mobility is fully and automatically recognized according to the subjects chosen in the Learning Agreement on the basis of the ECTS – the transferable credit system, by the ECTS Commission of each Faculty. The recognition is approved by the Dean of each Faculty. The Erasmus student may attend the failed exams at his home university, due to participating to the Erasmus program, without being affected his position in the final classification.
