Our Goal: To enhance peace by promoting direct multi-cultural dialogue among youngsters from around the world. Rotary – Leaders to Peace

About the conference: Dates & location: the six day conference will take place between the 4 th - 9 th of April 2014,at the “Ben Shemen youth village", on the outskirts of Tel-Aviv. The conference will host 150 young people ages 17-25, from around the world. Pre-conference, participants are invited to a three days (two nights) of optional home hospitality, 2-4 April Rotary – Leaders to Peace

The conference will include: Workshops and master classes in arts, music and ecology based on a multicultural perspective. An "Hackathon- a 24 hour marathon at the Google Academy in Tel-Aviv to generate a bank of multicultural projects that will be implemented globally among the different communities of the participants. Excursions to various ethnic communities in Israel and day trips around Israel. Rotary – Leaders to Peace

Costs: Participation fees of €175 to be paid by participant or participant's sponsoring organization. The fee cover meals, sleeping accommodation and the various lectures, workshops and day trips around Israel. Pre-conference warm Rotarian home hospitality d for up to 3 days (two nights between the 3 rd.-4 th. of April) upon request at no additional costs.
