8 8 = Approaches expectations, needs improvement.  Has difficulty following instructions or paying attention  Lacks punctuality, grooming, proper uniform or other requirements  Frequently restless or talks out of turn  Does not show concern or desire to help others  Does not accept responsibility for his actions, blames others for mistakes or misbehaviors

9 9 = Disrupts learning environment, referred to the Administration.  Behavior disrespectful to others or to property  Frequently interrupts class without justification  Draws negative attention to himself  Dishonest, uncooperative, or argumentative behavior  Loses temper, can be spiteful, vindictive, or intimidating
