Parts of a Rubric It has 4 basic parts: –TASK DESCRIPTION –CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT –LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE –DESCRIPTION OF EACH LEVEL

Steps to success 1.Identify what you want the students to learn. 2.Craft an assignment that will activate that learning. 3.Identify the criteria that would go into making a successful project. 4.Describe those criterion at various levels of proficiency.
