During this month she is likely to invest: ●Self-review: 30 minutes ●Peer review: 20 minutes ●Writing reviews for each team member: 12 * 45 minutes = 9 hours ●Face-to-face review meetings: 12 * 30 minutes = 6 hours ●Total: ~16 hours
