An Effective Team The England FIFA Women’s World Cup team 2015 beat the German team. It was the first time any English world cup team had done this in 20 previous attempts.

Team Roles Team leader – assigns tasks to different members, oversees team plan, supports and motivates. People who are good at problem solving People who think things through carefully before acting. People who are good at bringing the team together People who see straight away what needs to be done and gets on with it. People who are creative. People who give essential support (cleaners, suppliers).
