6
Actions: What we do Make a list of the actions that you can do Locomotion Rotation Weight Transference Stillness Extension & Contraction Elevation Gesture
7
Locomotion Write down the different ways you can travel Use of feet Walking, jogging, running, steps and jumps Walking, jogging, running, steps and jumps Use of different body surfaces Rolling, curling, elongated Rolling, curling, elongated Slide on different body parts Feet, bottom, knees, side Feet, bottom, knees, side Movement in different directions Forwards, backwards, sideways, turning, or on a path of your own choosing Forwards, backwards, sideways, turning, or on a path of your own choosing

13
Jumps Write down all the different ways/directions we can jump On the spot Travelling Different leg shapes Can use the spine - arched, tilted, contracted, upright Can turn Go in different directions Large or small Various arm gestures Spatial features (shape & size of body in the air, direction of the jump)
14
Rotation (Turns/Turning) Write down all the different ways that we can turn Quarter, half, full Clockwise, anticlockwise On the hips On the length of the body On the knees On hand & feet On two feet On one foot With a jump
15
