Anti- German feeling in the country was so strong that King George V dropped all his German titles and changet the family name to Windsor- after his castle of the same name. Elizabeth was educated at home with Princess Margaret, her younger sister. She studied French, history, art and music, learned to ride and swim. Just before World War II in 1939, Elizabeth met a young sailor at a Royal Naval College. He was Prince Phillip of Greece. They married in Westminster Abbey when she was 21 and now have 4 children (Prince Charles, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and Princess Anne) and 8 grandchildren (including Prince William and Prince Harry).
