Theme(s) of the joint call is (are) to be determined. Preference is given to funding of cooperative S&T projects (Russian-EU) Open question: Bugetary constraints Establishment of a „Common Pot“ is envisaged to be built through the principle of „juste retour“.

Open issue: Role of the CA, once applicants do not agree with the selection / administrative process
