2.  This application consists of all the information of students, employees and their related tasks.  Every module of this software is included to provide the hassalfree transactions.  This application also gives an alert facility such as the vehicle expiry dates whose payments are due etc.. 2

3.  DSS has been developed to save the time from critical  transactions of the driving school.  DSS provides all the basic entries of students, employees and  vehicles.  DSS provides all the transactions related to vehicles like vehicle  transactions, maintainance,bills etc.  DSS also provide the facility of maintaining the accounting  transactions of the offices.  DSS also provide the facility to take the print outs of all the  forms required fro submitting into the RTO.  DSS provide the generation of reports. 3

7.  Debit Entry- it provides the facility to enter the outgoing entries.  Credit Entry- it provides the facility to enter the incoming entries.  Salary – it provides the generation of employee salary depend on their attendance.  Impress Entry – This is a special feature included into the software for maintaining the internal money transactions of the office.

8.  Daily - it provides the facility to enter the students, employees attendance, daily fuel transactions.  Balance Sheet - it provides the facility to view the daily, monthly, yearly balance sheets generated by the software.  Students Report - it provides to view the students reports depend on the given criteria.  Employee Report - it provides to view the employee reports depend on the given criteria.

10. Forms 1) Named Forms There are RTO forms with defined names and information provided by the software are generated for printing purpose. 2) Blank Forms Blank forms are generated to take print outs of the blank forms if required to the user.

11.  Back Up - it provides the facility to take the back up of database of the software.  This features is provide to the user to recover any damaged or loss data from the software.
