FREEZING POINT OF WATER Freezing is the process in which matter changes from liquid to solid Execution Take a beaker and fill it with ice cubes, cold water and 5 teaspoons of salt. Then fill a test tube with 1 ml of water, place the tube so that the sample is placed below the water with ice. Put the temperature sensor inside the tube and take measurements. Stop recording after 15 minutes.

This graph represents the freezing point of water. The value of freezing point varies from -5°C to 12°C Conclusion In the graph of the freezing water we can see that for a period of time the temperature is stable but after it falls.

MELTING POINT OF WATER Fusion is the process in which the solid changes from liquid. Execution Take a 150 ml beaker and fill it with hot water and place ice with the sensor. Stop recording after 15 minutes.

This graph represents the melting point of water. The value of melting point varies from -2°C to 56°C Conclusion The graph of the melting of ice shows that for a period of time the temperature remains stable but after it rises.
