Large Undertaking, Small Staff Survey conducted about social media tools Week 1 – General discussion of using social media Week 2 – 10 small groups learn how to use a specific tool Week 3 – Small groups discuss how to use the tool in their adult ed practice Week 4 – All report back to the list on what they learned

Reflections/Learning Huge potential for a process like this! Small # of participants, big # of lurkers –Lots going on among lurkers, impossible to document How much more could happen with a little paid release time? Could we do something similar with our learners?
