Short-sightedness Myopia Means that you are unable to focus on distant objects Caused by Cornea too curved Eyeballs too long Resulting in Making distant objects looking fuzzy and blur

Long-sightedness Hyperopia Light rays are focused behind the retina Caused by Eyeballs being too small Cornea not curved enough Lens not thick enough Resulting in Find close objects fuzzy and blur but not distant objects

Divergent lens Causes exiting rays to be divergent coning out than when they are entering the lens
