3 Page  3 ELA  Each person needs a set of shapes. Set up the folder so that it is a barrier between you and your partner. You should not be able to see the table or desk in front of your partner.  Take turns with your partner being the direction Giver and Follower. The first Giver creates a shape with 6 or more of his/her pieces, without the Follower seeing the finished product. When complete, the Giver provides specific directions for the Follower. The Follower is responsible for listening to the Giver’s directions and recreating the shape with his/her pieces. The Follower may not ask questions of the Giver. When the Giver is finished with his/her directions, remove the barrier to reveal your shapes. Are they identical? Now switch roles.
