Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Stillwater Crossings & Center Bridge Planned Development/Land Use Plan (PD/LUP): 1)Transfer 30 Single-family units from Parcel CB-6 to CB-8, 2)Request the following waivers from the Original Horizon West Village Code for Parcel CB-6 only: a) Request a waiver from Section 38-1384(b) and (c) to allow the block depths to be less than 240 feet and block lengths to be less than 300 feet; b) Request a waiver from Section 38-1386(b)(2) to allow the minimum average lot size to be 3,500 square feet in lieu of 4,800 square feet; Stillwater Crossings & Center Bridge PD/LUP

Request Cont’d: c) Request a waiver from Section 38-1386(b)(4) to allow for a minimum lot width of 32 feet in lieu of 40 feet; d) Request a waiver from Section 38-1386(b)(5) to allow the minimum lot depth requirement to be 112 feet in lieu of 120 feet; e) Request a waiver from Section 38-1386(b)(8) (a) to allow the front porch setback to be reduced from 10 feet to 7 feet; and f) Request a waiver from Section 38-1386(b)(8) (b) to allow the side yard setback to be reduced from five feet to four feet.
