2. Discussion 1 Open discussion on the key issues of student diversity that effect you as a member of staff. This is a chance to get things off your chest and share experiences, problems and maybe some solutions. Note down the top 3 issues plus any good ideas for tackling them.

3. Discussion 2 What are the issues for the student - how does it impact on their learning? What are the issues for staff – How does it impact on our teaching and support? What issues might other students have with this person – Are other students affected by this issue? How might they react to this student? Solutions – how can we address this problem? What positive outcomes can we take from addressing this issue?

4. Religious / Cultural Diversity Project Fieldwork, lab work, curriculum... Tell us about your experiences, and any adjustments you have made arising from those situations, which relate to the cultural or religious needs of students or staff. We would also like your views on how we can best support academics to accommodate diversity in today's student population.
