Administrative User ID and Passwords Administrative User IDs 6 to 12 characters in length Must be unique within the organization Can be any combination of letters and numbers and can include period (.), underscore (_), and dash (-) but no other special characters nor empty spaces. Should identify the financial institution administrators for audit tracking and reporting Passwords 8 to 75 characters in length Must include at least 1 number and 2 special characters A new password cannot be the same as the last 6 passwords used on your account. Passwords expire after 13 weeks. There is a two week "grace period" before actual lock out in which you will be prompted to change your password before it expires. A user with an expired password will be locked out and must contact a Super User or User Admin to get unlocked and have password reset. Three sequential, unsuccessful login attempts during a 24 hour period cause the user to be locked out. A successful login resets the count. Admin Platform users may contact a Super User or User Administrator to get reset. User Administrators must contact their Super User to get reset.
