Our cutting edge watch designs are big hit in Japan and so you will be working closely with an English speaking satellite office there to come up with a new watch design. Your team consists of the following members:  1 Project Manager  1 Cost Accountant  3 Industrial Designers (1 in Chicago, 2 in Tokyo)  3 Engineers (2 in Chicago, 1 in Tokyo) Your deliverable is due 6 months from today and it will be a design package which consists of a prototype of the new watch and accompanying research to show proof of concept. The are two separate manuals now, one for consumers and the other for repairmen. The client has asked that you consolidate the two manuals into one that is far easier to digest. The graphics will remain as is, so it’s only the text that we will be revising. Your team consists of:  1 Sr. Editor  3 Technical Writers  2 Jr. Editors  1 Subject Matter Expert (client-supplied but works at our site) Your deliverable is due 3 months from today and the client has asked that we deliver an electronic copy.
