6  Property owners must receive a letter of notification before acquisition staking begins  Appraisals and nominal values cannot be completed until acquisition area is staked  A “Landowner’s Rights” Brochure must be provided  Appraisers, Relocation Specialists and Fixture Appraisers  Approved DSR and Recorded Plat before appraisal approvals  JO process and associated timelines Specific tasks must be completed before others can begin "The less people know, the more they yell" COORDINATION 6
