SB-031 Currently in effect Raw Honey Addition of the following language to exempt raw honey from licensure at Farmers Markets. (a) raw honey that: (i) is not combined with other food products; and (ii) if packaged, is packaged in a clean container with a label

HB-245 Raw Milk Didn’t pass, but this is the one that keeps coming back from the dead. We expect to see it next session. Have heard MEHA may be trying to get an educational campaign together.

HB-285 Guest Ranch loophole closed Very small guest ranches (0-9 guests) used to be required to be licensed while small (9-24) and seasonal ones (9-40) did not. New definitions eliminate the ‘9’ and insert ‘no more than’ meaning that very small guest ranches do not need a license.
