In 1987, the National Academy of Sciences was arguing before the Louisiana Supreme court. They argued that believing the world came into being by Creation “fails to display the most basic characteristic of science: reliance upon naturalistic explanations.”

It’s hard to feel the love of God while you are buried under the guilt of sin.

Psalm 104 was sung by the Jews during the Day of Atonement. Every barrier that stood between them and God was broken down. Interesting Note:

During that Holy Day the people of God could again sense the God David described in Psalm 104. A God who was not only there… but cared for them.

If our greatest need had been information, –God would have sent us an educator. If our greatest need had been technology, –God would have sent us a scientist. If our greatest need had been money, –God would have sent us a economist. But since our greatest need was forgiveness.

God sent us a Savior!
