College of North West London E-Safety: Strategy 2010-11 Resources: lots to use/customise from wider sector (Moodle/intranet/ integrated into Tutorial Programme) E-Safety Day: - high profile (advertised, launched by Principal) - for info, training and awareness building - event using online media (an ‘E-Solution’, Web 2, Facebook, user-generated, accessible )

College of North West London E-Safety Day: Outcomes No clear measure of impact yet available Students and staff are eager for information (enabling as well as restrictive) Not all young students are sophisticated ‘digital natives’: often need basic help and support Online media has benefits, but physically located and supervised events still engage more.
