9 CTQ 2007 Forum  Held June 27-30, 2007, in Washington DC  40 states/territories sent teams (200 attendees)  Goals Were To Share Successes, Strategies, Lessons Learned over 5 years of project  To provide opportunities to network and strengthen state collaboration  To provide current information about relevant federal legislation; and  To provide time to discuss and create state action plans.
