APS Master Supply and Services Agreement (MSSA) Standard Contract Terms and Conditions As key benefits to APS participants: Existing clients of Vendors may elect to adopt the APS Contract terms and conditions. “Preferred Nation” Status on pricing and terms. “Bait and Switch” Protection that allows Participants to be released from purchase arrangements if vendor fails to deliver promised product or service in a timely manner. Click on the vendor name, and you will be directed to a dedicated vendor page with all the information you need, including contract pricing and terms, sales representative contact information and other details. ►Step 3 Using the sales representative contact information listed for each vendor, place your order directly with the vendor. The Path to Savings is Easy and Convenient You must inform the vendor that you are an APS Participant to receive contract pricing.
