0 HSE POLICY STATEMENT BT Technologies Limited is committed to conducting its activities in a manner that promotes the Health and Safety of its Employees, Assets and the Public and the Environment. This policy shall be of uniform application through BT group. POLICY OBJECTIVES BT shall be committed to continual improvement in its operations to eliminate Personal and Industrial accidents thereby achieve the goal of no-harm to people and environment. Consequently, BT shall: Focus on HSE to safeguard her employee and assets. Adopt Health, Safety and Environment best practices in the design, construction and operations of her facilities. Comply with National and applicable International standards and laws on Health, Safety and Environment in the conduct of her operation.

0 HSE POLICY STATEMENT -C ONT.. Demonstrate social and ethical responsibility by working together with all relevant stakeholders to promote harmonious HSE compliant relationship. Engage and consult with employees and others on Health, Safety and Environmental conditions and provide Occupational Health Services. Maintain emergency response capability to minimize the impact of unfavorable negative incidents related to her operation. Liaise closely with relevant government agencies in the formulation of Health, Safety and Environmental protection, legislations, regulation or policies that may significantly impact the Group business returns to shareholders. Publicly report on her HSE performance. Ensure all staff have the right and duty to intervene and stop any unsafe acts and conditions or when activities are not in compliance with HSE policy and commitment. Ensure that our Customers, Partners, Visitors and other Stakeholders comply with this HSE policy.

0 WHY ARE WE HERE We at BT seek a collaborative relationship from all our supply chain that is vendor/supplier and contractors Contractors Commitment We require more commitment to work from our contractors in order to allow for timely project completion. Financial Empowerment We usually have issues on contractors not having funds in paying their work force before they are paid according to the payment terms, and this slows down work pace on site. We would want transparency from contractors as regards financial capability from the time of our selection process, for smooth running of our projects.

0 WHY ARE WE HERE CONTINUES Workforce We would want our contractors to be in charge and be able to handle their workers in order to avoid chaos or violence on site Work Quality We would like quality to be your watchword when providing services for BTT; as part of our vision is to provide quality services to our clients Scope of work Scope of work are job specification and this must be strictly followed, to meet clients demand.

SUPPLIERS/VENDORS Product Knowledge To encourage our suppliers to improve on their product knowledge for easy transaction New Product Awareness We would appreciate it if you can inform us of your new line of products from time to time Payment Terms We are a credit worthy company and would seek a favorable payment terms from you on every transaction Quality products/Services Our vision is to provide quality IT/Telecoms services, and would like you to be part of this vision by supplying quality products/services at any time we demanded. Pricing We would like to purchase goods/material at a very competitive price and at such products should be bought at reasonable prices

0 EVALUATIONS RATINGS Grades are awarded and each contractor/vendor strength is Categorized as A,B, C,D (Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper) Grade A means high end suppliers (Gold) Grade D means low end suppliers (Copper) Grading/rating helps BT to decide on the vendor/contractor to be assigned to a certain task. Rating can also be used as a monitoring tool if a continuous supplier keeps improving its performance.
