2 Section 11.1 The Project Life Cycle Focus on Reading Main Ideas A project team usually develops a Web site for the client. Each team member has specific responsibilities and works with other team members to create a site that meets the client’s goals and expectations. 3 Section The Project Life Cycle Overview of the Project Life Cycle Web sites are often developed by project teams. Project teams follow the same steps that you have used to create Web sites. During each stage of the project life cycle, team members must complete certain steps before they can start other steps. pp. 312-319 11.1
