3 Reviewing T&L in lessons with AfL as a focus The teacher uses skilful questioning, appropriate resources and engaging activities to focus and sustain whole class, group and paired dialogue.

4 Intended outcomes:  Increase the level and quality of thinking and interaction in your classroom by asking better questions and asking questions better.  Plan a series of questions for a significant part of a lesson on a topic which you are currently teaching  Reflect on the changes you intend to make to your current practice
