9 Typical Training Day Logistics Drop off by 6:00pm with all gear on, all parking at lake normandale, take shuttle. Athletes meet coaches at age group signs: U6/8, U10, U12/14. After 6:15pm, you must bring your child to the TG competition center to find a coach. Pick up athlete at age group signs at 8:00pm (Please park first)

10 Training day continued… Eat/hydrate before training session. Bathrooms will be available on site. On snow training Skills quest training: – Edging, pressure, rotary, balance http://my.ussa.org/alpine- programs/athletes/development/skillsquest/resour ces Slalom, GS, and speed elements training

11 Typical Race Day All at Hyland on Select Sundays, 8:00-Noon Jan. 11, Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Mar. 1 Check in between 8:00-8:30 to get your bib Red, Blue, and Purple Teams race together Courses divided by gender, U6 go first.
