They come to the counsellor with this shock Then anxiety, fear and suspicion pre-closes all the avenues for corrective steps. Slowly they start to deny undergoing surgery by giving lots of excuses After prolonged dialogue by the counsellors on the benefits of surgery and treatment

Follow up The main importance of counselling going to the parents are: The counsellor guide the beneficiaries in the administration of medicine, re-check up following the process, of treatment, diet and after care in medicines. They avoid tedious, waiting time, to meet the paediatrician for minor problem, convert the medical jargons in the meaningfull and understandable language.
