Objectives of the Pilot Scheme o Stimulate interest and participation from Business Sector in the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) across Bristol. o Determine whether Business Support is required on Board of Trustees in organisations o Develop a programme involving major business forums o Increased working relationship between Voluntary Infrastructure Organisations and Business Forums. o Share best practice across the VCS Sector on governance, through a Trustee Network o Review and analyse the pilot

Sustainable Model A model to support a 3 year life for Business on Board to match a minimum of 45 Business Volunteers a year to appropriate VCS Organisations. Cost Look at funding and strategic partnerships now to sustain the competitive price of the programme. Price needs to match the benefit value to the Business and the VCS Organisation.
