Mentor/Mentee Orientation Introduction In 8 minutes, identify things in common e.g. sport, hobby, interest, travel, family background, cultural heritage, etc.

Mentor/Mentee Orientation Factors to Increase Success Find things in common Only set goals/objectives once gained each other’s trust Make discussions go beyond “cocktail level” Please tell each other you value each other Hold 1 st meeting within 1 month of orientation
