In Human Resources A training room with access to a projector and required technology.

To educate and prepare new employees through required trainings. To facilitate a smooth transition for new employees into a school or office setting. The goal is to alleviate principals and hiring managers from providing initial training with staff at the building level. Once a staff member is hired, their first day of employment is with HR.

New employees are scheduled for a morning or afternoon session via email. HR staff provide all required training. New employees are able to ask questions and enter work locations ready to perform their jobs the next day.
