4  Two – three hours of new employee training  Restraint and Seclusion Training  Bloodborne Pathogens Training  Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Training  Slips, Trips and Falls Training  New Employee Paperwork

5  August: Daily  September: Three times weekly  October – July: Twice weekly

6  In Human Resources  A training room with access to a projector and required technology.

7  To educate and prepare new employees through required trainings.  To facilitate a smooth transition for new employees into a school or office setting.  The goal is to alleviate principals and hiring managers from providing initial training with staff at the building level.  Once a staff member is hired, their first day of employment is with HR.

8  New employees are scheduled for a morning or afternoon session via email.  HR staff provide all required training.  New employees are able to ask questions and enter work locations ready to perform their jobs the next day.
