2. Conclusions of the European Council (24/25 October 2013) As part of its growth strategy, Europe must boost digital, data-driven innovation across all sectors of the economy. The European Council calls for the establishment of a strong network of national digital coordinators which could play a strategic role in Cloud, Big Data and Open Data development.
