1 Deadlines & Resources Thank you for committing to speak for Microsoft’s 5W25 presentation series. Below is important information regarding your participation as a speaker for the 5W25.

2 Speaker Information It is recommended that you ask 1-2 survey questions at the beginning of the presentation. Please join the Live Meeting at least 30 minutes prior to the webcast Tracey Areyano, v-trarey@microsoft.com, from Academy Live can add the SURVEY questions to the Live Meeting.v-trarey@microsoft.com In order to get a large number of quality partners showing up to weekly webcasts, the 5W/25 maintains a high degree of professionalism and quality. The following rules of engagement are required to be part of the 5W/25 webcast series. Office 2007 and Live Meeting 2007 are required An 8.0 or higher is expected by speakers Any and all changes are highly suspect and might result in cancellation (it’s better to cancel than to do a bad job). PPTs are due 5 working days before the talk (no exceptions) and sent to the review team. Failure to meet this deadline will result in cancellation. All PPTs will be posted at the time of the Presentation to the SKYDRIVE site and the Live Meeting site for immediate download (supplementary material is encouraged) For most technical presentations, demos are required It is recommended that the presenter have 1-2 people to help answer questions in the Q&A manager It is recommended that the presenter start the presentation with a 1-2 polling questions to gauge and better understand the audience. Presenters need to show up 30 minutes before the presentation at 8:30am PDT on the day of the webcast (no exceptions) Speakers must be using a Landline that is NOT a VOIP line and must have a headset (Cell phones are not allowed
