My physical activity

Since I was a child I have regularly attended the pool and swimming has become the best physical activity for me. Every Friday I try to swim a little bit further and I am getting better and better. On holidays I am going to take part in a course for lifeguards and I hope I will be proud of my diving skills one day.

Being a good swimmer affects not only our health or safety but it gives us the opportunity to see underwater world as well.

I have started exercising and I’m going to do this regularly when my holiday starts.

And this is my „personal ” fitness trainer.

Me and my friend love jogging together during warm, summer evenings. We have been doing this for years.

In the future I would like to walk and make bike trips with my children. They should love nature as much as I do.

My family should also have good habits, lead a healthy lifestyle and exercise a lot.

I live near the wood so I walk my dog very often. It is healthy for both of us.
