1. EATING HABITS - EAT BALANCED MEALS - HAVE RESONABLE SNACKS (amount of and healthy snacks) - UNDERSTAND: THERE ARE NO BAD FOODS, JUST BAD DECISIONS - DO NOT DIET!! Teenagers are too young to put their bodies through fad diets.
