Binding between Public Health Data Elements (questions) and Value Sets (Answer list) present in PHIN VADS. 4. Implementation (Proposal) Message Mapping Guide – Add a Column (LOINC Data Element Identifier). Legacy Data Element Identifiers (PHIN Variable ID’s) will be present for backward compatibility and mapping. Many Legacy Data Elements may map to single LOINC code.
