CHANGES IN THE MEMBER COUNCIL AND THE CONTROLER OF OUR COMPANY On 12 July 2012, our member council has hold a meeting of the Member Council to approve the changes and assigned relevant depts. arranging documents to submit to MOF. Please see detail:

ADJUSTMENT OF LOMA POLICY Old policyNew policy Participants All employees are encouraged to take LOMA examination. Participants All employees are encouraged to take LOMA examination. For employees with level from Senior Specialist above, trainer and BDO, achieving LOMA 280 and 290 is one of criteria to be considered for the promotion. For those department managers who have not achieved LOMA 280 and 290, the deadline for LOMA 280 and 290 is June 2013. Without achieving these 2 courses will affect the salary increase as well as promotion.

If the score under 50: 100% enrollment fee will be deducted. For the second failure of each course: 100% of enrollment fee will be deducted. Employee who cancels the examination: 100% of enrollment fee will be deducted.

ADJUSTMENT OF LOMA POLICY Old policyNew policy Award Bonus: VND300,000/credit Full course of program: Certificate with 10 credits (FLMI Course) = VND300,000 for consecutive 12 months. Award Bonus: VND300,000/course 02 courses (Loma 280 and Loma 290): VND500,000 per 3 months in 01 year ~ total award: VND2,000,000 5 courses: VND300,000 per 3 months in 01 year ~ total award: VND1,200,000 Full FLMI program (FLMI diploma): VND300,000 in 12 successive months ~ total award: VND3,600,000 The above award can be adjusted based on the business requirement of our company

ADJUSTMENT OF LOMA POLICY Old policyNew policy Compulsory service time: 6 months Deposit will be refunded after 6 months If a staff member tenders his/her resignation during 6 months after the examination is administered: All enrollment and award will be deducted in full amount. Compulsory service time: 9 months Deposit (if any) will be refunded after 9 months If a staff member tenders his/her resignation during 9 months after the examination is administered: All enrollment fee and award will be deducted in full amount.

Using internal lines to call to other buildings Communicating with other buildings via phone, please use the internal lines. However, calling to Ladeco, HaiPhong, DongKhoi, NguyenAiQuoc, HaPhan and HungLoi or from there calling to other buildings, please use saving code 178 (Viettel). Every month, IT Div. will help GA Dept. extract report of employees’ call records. For any cases that not follow this instruction without proper reasons will be informed to Dept.Manager/Div.Director to remind for the first time. From the second time onwards, your violation will be recorded for year-end performance appraisal.
