3.  Possibility of remote connection and control of equipment  Performance improvement by bundling mobile functionalities with sold equipment  Better knowledge on where and when each employee is needed  Fewer errors – especially at tasks where mobility reduces the amount of paper reporting  Faster and more accurate communication and information  Reliable and precise inventory control [3]

4.  Our focus for code camp is the ”Task Scheduling” using mobile so that project manager can remotely assign tasks to the onsite workers.  As soon as task is assigned to a worker, his calendar will be updated. He can check for information about tasks like description, deadline and priority of the tasks.  In addition to this, the worker can send status update to the project manager once the task is complete.
