Oregon Law 336.423 limits the sale of foods and beverages sold outside of NSLP & SBP. Limits include: Serving size Calories per serving Fat, Saturated Fat, and Trans Fat Sugar content by weight

New requirements: Nutrition promotion goals Evaluation component Inform and update the public PE teachers & school health professionals now included on wellness committee Person(s) to ensure compliance
