9 Tips on Drinking Water 1.Start the day with a glass of water immediately upon waking 2.Drink a glass of warm lemon water first thing in the morning 3.Sip water throughout the day to stave of hunger pangs and curb your appetite 4.Carry a bottle of water with you at all times, refilling when needed as this will help you measure how much water you have consumed 5.Increase your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables as they are high in water content as well as having other beneficial properties
